Department of Professional Development

The Division of Professional Development is responsible for staff development institutes at the main Wright State campus and at convenient locations throughout the Miami Valley, Cincinnati, Kings Mills, Troy and Xenia. These institutes reach over 10,000 teachers and administrators annually by offering continuing education through workshops and classes designed for educational and counseling/human services professionals.

The Ed Link-12 (Educational Leadership Information Network K-12) is heavily involved in planning for school improvement, providing collaborative in-service training support and coordinating district wide Professional Development for nearly 50 school systems. This provides needed networking among area school administrators.
